30-day challenge

The 30-Day Bharatanatyam Challenge

One short lesson a day for 30 days. By the end you'll know the core positions, how to stamp, your first hand gestures and your first adavus, and you'll have a daily practice habit to keep going.

From Navatman, New York City’s school for Indian classical dance and music, teaching adults for 20+ years. Cancel anytime.

Starting is easy. Keeping going is the hard part.

  • You start a course, binge three videos, and never come back.
  • You don't know what to practice today.
  • Weekly classes are too slow, or too hard to fit in.
  • You want visible progress in weeks, not months.

The challenge gives you exactly one thing to do each day. Small, daily practice is what builds strength, memory and confidence.
